Kirk Dennis
Kirk began his career in the financial services business in 1984 as an independent life
and health insurance agent. One year later he
was appointed as Registered Representative with a regional brokerage firm. Kirk built his business and the branch office to
serve over 1000 clients. He joined Financial
West Group in 2001.
Kirk was
born and spent most of his life in Baker County. Kirk
graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Agricultural Economics in 1979. He then spent several years in farming and
construction before entering the securities business.
Kirk has continued to educate himself in the financial services area. Besides the Series 7 Securities license he also
has a series 24 Managers license. He earned
the Chartered Life Underwriters (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
designations from the American college in Byrn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Kirk is also Series 65 (Registered Investment
Advisor) licensed.
Kirk's
wife of 19 years, Ann, works in the business as a bookkeeper and payroll clerk. They have 4 children.
Jeanette M. Hull
Jeanette grew up in Troy, Montana and graduated with honors from Troy High School in 1974. After graduation she moved to Baker City. She attended Blue Mountain Community College in
Pendleton for 2 years in a medical secretarial curriculum.
During this time she also worked part time at St. Elizabeth Community Hospital. Jeanette was manager of a local credit bureau
and collection agency for over 6 years prior to her employment with Kirk Dennis. Jeanette began her career in financial services in
June of 1995 as the service assistant. She
has evolved to the position of Registered Marketing Assistant. Jeanette is Series 7 Securities licensed and holds
an Oregon Health Insurance license. She and
her husband have 3 sons.
Marvin Gibbs
Marvin K. Gibbs lives in Wallowa, OR, which is very much like the towns he grew up in,
small and personal where you know most of the people.
After working in the timber industry for over 15 years he decided to return to
college where he earned an Associates Degree in business/accounting from Central Oregon
Community College. He has been in the
investment business since May of 1998 with a series 7 license and is also a licensed life
and health insurance agent. Marvin is married
and has 2 daughters and and 2 sons.
